These terms apply to every order placed on atlasgamers.com. The seller is Atlas Gamers Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 202301022204), 54, Jalan SS 21/62, Damansara Utama, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Pickup only

  • All orders are collected in store at Atlas Gamers, 54, Jalan SS 21/62, Damansara Utama, 47400 Petaling Jaya. We don’t deliver
  • After you order, we prepare it. Please wait for our “ready to collect” email before coming in, then show your pickup QR at the counter
  • Opening hours: Tue to Fri 4pm to 11pm, Sat and Sun 12pm to 11pm, closed Mondays
  • Please collect within 14 days of the “ready to collect” email. After that, we may cancel the order and refund you, minus any payment fees we can’t recover

2. Paying

  • Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
  • Online payments are made through Billplz. “Pay In Store” orders are reserved for you and paid at the counter when you collect
  • We don’t take pre-orders

3. Limits, mistakes and stock

  • Some products, such as sale items and limited drops, have a limit per customer. Orders over the limit, including orders split across several accounts, may be cancelled and refunded
  • If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, or is sold out because of a stock error, we may cancel that item and refund it in full
  • Limited drops may use Atlas Q+ ballots. Ballot codes are personal and only work on the winner’s own account

4. Singles

  • Single cards are sold in the condition and finish stated on the listing, for example “English · Near Mint · Reverse Holo”
  • Because many singles are sold on behalf of others, singles can only be returned if we gave you the wrong card. Please check your cards at the counter when you collect

5. No returns

  • No returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check your items and seals at the counter when you collect
  • If something is faulty or not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days at admin@atlasgamers.com or on WhatsApp 011-7299 7082, with your order number
  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days
