New at Atlas: Online Drop-off. Here’s How It Works

Dropping off cards or packages at Atlas for another player to collect? From now on, every drop-off is registered on our website. It takes about a minute. You get your own drop-off code, and you can see exactly where your package is at any time. No more paper lists or spreadsheets.
The short version
- Sender: register at atlasgamers.com/dropoff → write the 5-digit code on your package → hand it in at the counter.
- Recipient: the sender WhatsApps you the code → come to the counter with the code or your phone number → collect.
- Free, with no limit on how many drop-offs you make.
Leaving a package (for the sender)
- Register online. Tap Drop-off in the top menu, or go to atlasgamers.com/dropoff, and log in. Your name, phone number and Atlas member number fill in automatically. Enter the recipient’s name and phone number, the number of packages and the size, then tap Get my drop-off code.
- Get your code and QR. You’ll see a 5-digit code (for example 48213) and a QR code. We also email you a copy.
- Label your package. Write the code clearly on the package. We recommend adding a photo of your package too: tap 📷 Add photo on your drop-off. Only you and Atlas staff can see it.
- Hand it in at the counter. Show your QR (or tell us the code). Staff scan it, and your drop-off is marked Received.
- Tell the recipient. We email you a Tell [name] on WhatsApp button (also in My Drop-offs). Tap it, and WhatsApp opens on your phone with the message and code ready. Just press send.
You can track every drop-off in My Account → My Drop-offs, and we’ll email you when it’s been collected.
Collecting a package (for the recipient)
- The sender WhatsApps you once the package is at Atlas, with its code.
- Come to the Atlas counter and give us the code or your phone number.
- Confirm the last 4 digits of your phone number, and the package is yours. That’s it.
The recipient doesn’t need an Atlas account. If you do have one with the same phone number, packages waiting for you also show up in My Drop-offs.
The rules
- Online registration only. Drop-offs must be registered on the website before you hand them in. We can’t accept unregistered packages at the counter.
- Regular items: please collect within 90 days.
- Large / bulky items: please collect within 7 days, because shelf space is limited.
- A correct phone number for the recipient is required, so the sender can WhatsApp them and we can verify the pickup.
- Free of charge, with no limit on drop-offs.
FAQ
I already dropped something off before this change. Is it still there?
Yes. All drop-offs from our old list have been moved into the new system with their original 5-digit codes, so they can be collected the same way.
Do I need an account?
The sender needs a free Atlas Gamers account. The recipient doesn’t.
I made a mistake or changed my mind. Can I cancel?
Yes. Before you hand the package in, open My Drop-offs and tap Cancel.
I lost my code.
Senders can find it in My Drop-offs or in the confirmation email. Recipients can just give us their phone number.
Can one code cover several packages?
Yes. Set the number of packages when you register, and write the same code on each one.
