1. Tournament Structure

• Prize structures and formats depend on how many players show up — the more, the merrier (and the bigger the prizes).
• We may adjust or change tournament formats, prizes, or schedules at any time if needed. Sometimes things shift last-minute — we’ll always do our best to keep it fair.
• Atlas Gamers reserves the right to modify or cancel any tournament without prior notice.

2. Entry & Fees

• Once you’ve paid and registered, your entry fee is locked in. No refunds for change of mind, late arrivals, or no-shows.
• Your spot is confirmed only after full payment and registration.

3. Prizes

• Prizes will be announced based on final turnout and availability of products.
• We may adjust or replace prizes with something of equal value if stocks run out or situations change.
• Prizes can’t be exchanged for cash, credit, or other items.

4. Conduct & Fair Play

• We keep things fun and friendly. Treat everyone — players, staff, and judges — with respect.
• Cheating, toxic behavior, or disrespect will lead to disqualification (and possibly a ban from future events).
• All rulings made by our staff or judges are final.

5. Photos & Media

• By joining, you agree that we may take photos or videos during the event and use them for social media or promotional content. Don’t worry — we’ll always keep it tasteful.

By joining any Atlas Gamers tournament, you agree to these terms.
