Atlas Gamers’ Pre-Order Policy

Please read these terms carefully before placing a pre-order with Atlas Gamers.
By making payment, you agree to the following:
请在下单前仔细阅读以下条款。
一旦付款，即表示您同意并接受所有条款。

1. General Policy 一般条款

• A pre-order means you are booking a product before its official release.
  预购代表您在商品正式发售前进行预定。
• Once payment (full or deposit) is made, the order is confirmed and final.
  一旦付款（全额或订金）完成，订单即被确认且不可更改。
• No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be allowed unless Atlas Gamers cannot supply the item.
  除非 Atlas Gamers 无法提供该商品，否则不接受更改、取消或退款。
• If our supplier reduces or cancels stock, we may need to adjust or cancel your order. We will contact you if this happens.
  若供应商减少或取消配货，我们可能需要调整或取消您的订单，并会通知您。

2. Payment Terms 付款条款

• All pre-orders must be made and paid through the official Google Form/Website only.
  ▫️ No in-store payments will be accepted — this includes cash, credit card, and any other direct transactions.
• A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your pre-order.
  需支付订金或全额款项以确认预购订单。
• All pre-order payments are non-refundable, even if there are delays or changes in release dates.
  所有预购款项概不退还，包括因延迟或发售日期更改的情况。
• If you cancel your order or fail to collect on time, your payment will be forfeited.
  若您取消订单或未在规定时间内取货，所支付款项将被没收。

3. Product Condition & Collection 商品状况与取货

• All pre-order products will be unsealed when collected to verify contents and avoid reselling problems.
  所有预购商品在领取时将会开封检查内容，以防止转售问题。
• If you wish to keep your item sealed, you will need to pay the keep-it-sealed fees in addition to the pre-order price.
  若您希望商品保持原封未拆，需补贴未拆封费购买，而非预购价。
• Please collect your order within 7 days after notification. Uncollected items may be released for sale without refund.
  请在收到通知后7天内取货。逾期未领取的商品将重新上架出售，恕不退款。

4. Allocation & Restocks 配货与补货

• If we receive less stock than expected, orders will be adjusted fairly — based on payment time, amount, and order size.
  若配货数量不足，我们将根据付款时间、金额及订单数量公平分配。
• Customers who choose to wait for second or third wave restocks can do so for up to 6 months from the product’s official release date.
  选择等待第二或第三批补货的顾客，最长等待期限为自官方发售日起6个月内。
• If stock is still unavailable after 6 months, a full refund will be issued for that product.
  若6个月后仍无货可分配，Atlas Gamers 将对该商品全额退款。

5. Pricing 价格

• The pre-order price is final and will not change after payment.
  一经付款，预购价格即为最终价格，不作调整。
• Later promotions or discounts will not apply to existing pre-orders.
  后续的促销或折扣不适用于已下的预购订单。
• If suppliers change prices, Atlas Gamers may adjust or cancel affected orders. We will inform customers in such cases.
  若供应商调整价格，Atlas Gamers 有权修改或取消相关订单，并会通知顾客。

6. Refunds & Exchanges 退款与更换

• Refunds will only be made if Atlas Gamers cannot supply the product at all.
  仅当 Atlas Gamers 完全无法提供商品时，方可退款。
• Partial delivery, delays, or reduced allocation do not qualify for refunds.
  部分到货、延迟或配货减少不构成退款理由。
• Pre-order payments cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or other items.
  预购款项不可兑换现金、店内积分或其他商品。

7. Limitation of Responsibility 责任范围

Atlas Gamers shall not be held responsible for any delays, stock issues, or cancellations caused by suppliers, logistics, or factors beyond our control.
Atlas Gamers 对因供应商、物流或其他不可控因素导致的延迟、缺货或取消不承担责任。

8. Acceptance of Terms 条款确认

By placing a pre-order and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Atlas Gamers may update these terms without prior notice.
完成预购并付款，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意以上所有条款。
Atlas Gamers 有权在未通知的情况下更新条款。
