Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Atlas Gamers for your pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Pre-Order Reservation

Placing a pre-order with Atlas Gamers reserves your spot in the queue to receive the Product once it becomes available. Please note that pre-order availability and delivery dates are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including manufacturing delays and supply chain disruptions.

2. Payment and Pricing

• When placing a pre-order, you will be required to pay the specified pre-order amount, which will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
• Pre-order pricing is subject to change. In the event that the price of the Product changes before its release, your pre-order price will not be affected.

3. Release Date

The expected release date of the Product will be communicated to you at the time of pre-order. However, please be aware that release dates are estimates and may be subject to change. We will do our best to keep you updated with any changes in release dates.

4. Cancellation

• You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the Product is shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer support team at admin@atlasgamers.com.
• In the event that you choose to cancel your pre-order, a refund will be issued based on our refund policy.

5. Refund Policy

• Pre-order cancellations made before the Product is shipped are eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 3 – 5 business days to appear in your account.

6. Availability

• Pre-order availability is subject to stock limitations. Placing a pre-order does not guarantee that you will receive a Product.
• Pre-orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the order in which pre-orders were received.

7. Changes and Updates

• While we strive to provide accurate information, specifications, features, and images of the Product are subject to change without notice.
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any substantial changes to the Product you have pre-ordered.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Atlas Gamers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from pre-ordering the Product, including but not limited to delays, unavailability, or changes to the Product.
